Hello, I'm Ava, a photographer from Memphis, Tennessee. Creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Long before I picked up a camera, I spent hours making Littlest Pet Shop videos in my childhood bedroom and uploading them to YouTube. Looking back, storytelling has always been at the center of what I love to do.

Today, I'm pursuing a degree in Strategic Media with a concentration in Public Relations, where I'm continuing to learn how stories connect people across every medium.

Beyond the Camera

When I'm not photographing clients, you'll usually find me writing for my blog, The Column, staying active, or spending time with the people I love. I enjoy slowing down enough to appreciate the everyday moments, and those experiences continue to shape the way I approach both my photography and my writing.

This Next Chapter

One of the most exciting parts of my story is just beginning. I recently got engaged to my bestfriend! My fiancé and I will be moving to Oahu, Hawaii, in early January 2027 as we begin married life together. It's a season I'm incredibly grateful for, and I look forward to sharing this new adventure while continuing to document stories wherever life takes me.

Alongside my photography business, I work as a writer and photographer for Bell Music Magazine, where I cover live music through editorial writing and concert photography. My portfolio includes artists such as mgk, Britt Nicole, Matt Maltese, Mr. Fantasy, and others.

While attending college, I traveled with City Wide Worship Nights, documenting the tour through photography. The experience strengthened my appreciation for authentic storytelling and continues to influence my work today.
